This promotion is run by Eighteen alone. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc., and it is in no way associated with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these rules and has no responsibility for the promotion or the prize.

Entries are accepted from 14 Sep 2026 until 31 Oct 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Entries received outside that window are not eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

You must be 16 or over. This promotion is open worldwide, in every one of the 195 countries and territories listed in the entry form's country field, except where entry is prohibited by local law.

Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and households may not enter. One entry per person and per email address.

There are two ways to enter, and each one is worth exactly one entry.

Free entry. Submit the entry form at /enter and choose “Free entry”. Nothing to buy, nothing to complete, no payment details.

Sponsored offer entry. Choose “Sponsored offer” and complete one offer from our advertising partner. The offer funds the prize. The entry is confirmed when the partner reports the completion back to the Sponsor.

Both methods give you one entry and an identical chance of winning. If an offer requires payment or a subscription, that is a transaction between you and the advertiser, not the Sponsor — read the advertiser's own terms before you accept anything.

One (1) winner receives one (1) iPhone in the model, finish and capacity the winner selected when entering, from the models listed on this site. Maximum approximate retail value: $3,199 (the iPhone Duo at its largest capacity). The value of the prize actually awarded may be lower depending on the winner's selection, and no difference will be paid.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor pays shipping. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility. If the selected model is unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a model of equal or greater value.

Your chance of winning depends on the total number of confirmed entries received during the promotion period. With one prize and N confirmed entries, each entry has a 1-in-N chance.

One winner is drawn at random from all confirmed entries on 2 Nov 2026 using a cryptographic random number generator.

The winner is notified by email at the address given at entry, within 5 days of the draw. The winner then has 14 days to respond and supply a delivery address. If the winner does not respond in time, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be drawn.

The Sponsor will never ask you to pay a fee, a tax or a shipping charge to release a prize. Any message that does is not from us.

At entry the Sponsor collects your email address and country, and nothing else. They are used to administer the promotion and to contact you if you win. A delivery address is collected only from the winner, after the draw.

Marketing email is optional, off by default, and never a condition of entry. You can ask us to delete your entry data at any time at info@eighteen.com; entry data is deleted within 90 days of the draw either way.

If you enter via the sponsored offer, the advertising partner receives whatever information you give it directly, under its own privacy policy. The Sponsor receives only a confirmation that an offer was completed.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or duplicated, and may cancel or amend the promotion if it cannot be run as planned. These rules are governed by Danish law.
